Facilities engineer jobs

Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities to grow the system; provide project engineering; develop and implement work programs to optimize existing plant/surface facilities and enhance production. In addition, will provide facility engineering support to prospective property acquisitions and integration of acquired facilities/pipelines into the company. Will work with Production Control, Production Superintendents and field personnel to maximize overall production and value to the company.

Possess diversified technical and leadership skills in onshore oil and gas facilities, pipelines and gas processing including project management

Demonstrated experience in setting up ongoing procedures to collect and review information necessary to manage the relevant facility related aspects of projects

Exposure across all facility aspects of onshore(unconventional a plus) development projects

Experience in standardization and lean process is a plus

Possess leadership and people management capabilities that would demonstrate a reputation for integrity; effective

communication skills; personable, high energy, confident and persuasive demeanor

Familiarity with industry codes and standards, including API and ASME

Must be innovative and positive in dealing with changes and reacting to project difficulties

Collaboration - Using collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. Identifying opportunities and taking action to build strategic relationships within one's area and other areas, teams, departments, units, or organizations to help achieve business goals

Effectiveness with Others - Establishing rapport and a positive working relationship with individuals within or outside the workgroup

Information Monitoring - setting up ongoing procedures to collect and review information necessary to manage projects

Managing Priorities - Effectively managing time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently

Work Standards - setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for the successful completion of assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than have standards imposed

Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Project

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to work with teams

Self-motivated to learn and apply new technologies
